Brooklyn is in her second year at Saint Mary Academy and her fourth year teaching for the Archdiocese. She grew up in Meade County, Kentucky and graduated from Meade County High School. Brooklyn earned two associate degrees from Elizabethtown Community and Technical College and her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University (WKU). She is on track to start her Masters Degree in Teacher Leadership this fall with WKU. She hopes to include her interest and love for technology in the classroom along with skills she has learned in the areas of special education, equity, and differentiation.
Outside of school, Brooklyn spends lots of time with her family including her husband, Frank, and her newborn, Wesley. She also loves to take her two corgis, Frankie and Biscuit, to the park. Other activities include camping, biking, kayaking, and video gaming.
