Once again, Saint Bernadette is a part of the Catholic Church Habitat build. The Catholic Quintet (CQ5) includes Saint Bernadette, St. Albert the Great, Epiphany, St. Patrick, and St. Margaret Mary parishes. The new home site is located in Park Springs which is a convenient east end location off of Westport Road. The family is Hiba, Ali, and their 2 children (ground blessing to be April 9)
Saint Bernadette will be working on Wednesdays and Saturdays in April, May, and June 2022. Sign-ups will be coming soon!

There are many ways to get involved in Community Outreach at Saint Bernadette. Here is a list of many of the opportunities that arise throughout the year. We will update the website and the bulletin with more information on these events as their time arrives. You may also contact the ministry leaders if you would like more immediate information.
Saint Bernadette holds blood drives several times a year to support the American Red Cross. Volunteers have a generous spirit and a desire to give back to their community and help others.

Volunteers assist in distributing flyers the first weekend door to door. The second weekend they assist in collecting door to door, sorting, and delivering the food to our local food pantry. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking for service hours.

Saint Bernadette's annual clothing drive for Holy Spirit Church in Jamestown, KY. Gently used clothing will be collected after all Masses. Volunteers are needed to help manage donations and to transport the items to Jamestown, KY.

St. John Center provides shelter, social services, supportive housing for homeless men in our area. They are always in need for particular items for those they serve. We have an annual collection in September. Volunteers are needed to help collect and deliver collected items.
